Return Policy

To request a return send an email to support@365hangers.com to explain your reason for returning the item (damage, inferior quality, poor fit etc).. The shopper will then receive store credit upon receiving the returned items, to use towards next purchase.  A 10% handling fee will be deducted from initial product purchase amount (excluding shipping charges) on all returns.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Making a return is easy.  Once you get your return request approved by our support team, ship the item at your expense to:

·         Items should be returned new, unused, and with all 365hangers and designer garment tags still attached.
·         Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
·         Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
·         Returns are to be made within 30 Days after receiving approval from our support team. No Exceptions!
·         Please include invoice from the order of returned item within the package.

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, due to our business model, we aren’t able to exchange any product. You can return a product for store credit. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

LATE RETURN

A return for special circumstances (damage, misfit, wrong item) should be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.  Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of 365hangers.com

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on 365hangers.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
