Do I have to be a member to buy from 365hangers.com?

No, you don’t have to be a 365hangers.com member to make a purchase. We encourage you to join the 365Hangers’ Style community to maximize your buying experience. We want to be sure that everyone is abiding by the rules, and generally, the more members we have, the more sponsors we get, and that means more items at better discounts—and more giveaways.

ONE DAY ONLY SALE provides you with an opportunity to shop for a look designed specifically for your body shape.

You can watch for announcements every Monday in your email. But they won’t tell you the specific look and date of a sale –that’s unannounced, and part of the fun.

Can I buy or enter before a sale?

No. You have to wait until it starts to buy or enter. Similarly, you wouldn’t be able to buy any item once the sale ends.

What sizes and colors can I get an item in?

Photos of the each item in the look will appear to the right of the main image on a model. Clicking on each model will provide you with an option to buy. What’s still available is indicated on the next page.

Keep in mind that until you complete your purchase, availability is not confirmed.

You can buy the whole look or just an item. You will get the size and color for every item you picked.

With 365Hangers’ new and improved design, we want to be clear on how shoppers can easily view their product’s specs and sizes (for example: size, weight, fabric) when perusing various events.

You don't have my size. Can you order one for me?

No, we can’t. Sometimes we only get one color, or limited sizes. We can’t place orders to get more of an item.

Can I add items from multiple listings into one order?

Yes. You simply click “model” and add the item you want to buy in your shopping cart, then go back to another model and do the same for the next item you’d like to buy. When you are finished, proceed to check out.

Remember that until you click “Check Out” and have entered a valid billing address, item availability is not guaranteed.

What are my shipping options? Where do you ship?

We generally ship via UPS ground. We will only ship to addresses in the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.

When will I get it?

We generally ship within two business days, but depending on the sale, we may take up to 10 business days from the close of a sale to ship.

UPS ground, our usual delivery service, takes from 5 to 7 business days to reach you in the continental US, and longer for AK and HI. Once we ship your item, we will send you an email with your UPS tracking number. Please don’t contact us to find out what your tracking number is until at least ten (10) days after a sale ends.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit, or I don't like it?

Yes. We will send a UPS box for return shipping at no cost to you.

Do you charge tax?

Sales tax is applied to your 365Hangers.com order in accordance with individual state and local regulations.

Appropriate tax charges will appear on your order confirmation page during checkout.

What payment methods does 365hangers.com accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time-to-time.

Can I change my personal information?

Of course, simply login to your account at 365hangers.com and update your shipping, billng, and contact information. You could also see your reward points, track your orders, and return an item if needed.

Is my personal information safe?

All the information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

We use your information only to serve you better. We share your shipping information with our shipping service and billing information with credit card company.

Do you ship to post office boxes or frieght forwarding addresses?
