Do I have to be a member to buy from 365hangers.com?

No, you don’t have to be a 365hangers.com member to make a purchase. We do encourage you to join the 365Hangers’ Style community to maximize your buying experience.

What sizes and colors can I get an item in?

Photos of the each item in the look will appear on our catalog page and all looks are organized based on sizes. Clicking on each model will provide you with an option to buy. Keep in mind that until you complete your purchase, availability is not confirmed.
With 365Hangers’ new and improved design, now our shoppers can easily view their product’s specs and sizes.

You don't have my size. Can you order one for me?

No, unfortunately we can’t in most cases, but you can always send an email to support@365hangers.com and we will send a request to our warehouse for you. Sometimes we only get one color, or limited sizes.

Can I add items from multiple listings into one order?

Yes. You simply click “model” and add the item you want to buy in your shopping cart, then go back to another model and do the same for the next item you’d like to buy. When you are finished, proceed to check out.

What are my shipping options? Where do you ship?

We generally ship via USPS postal post service. We will only ship to addresses in the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.

When will I get it?

We generally ship within two to 5 business days,.
USPS ground, our usual delivery service, takes from 5 to 7 business days to reach you in the continental US, and longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit, or I don't like it?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS WE OFFER HUGE DISCOUNT ON OUR ITEMS but under some circumstances we can will take a return and issue you a store credit after deducting 10% stocking fee from your initial payment. You can always send email to support@365hangers.com for more information.

Do you charge tax?

Sales tax is already added to your chosen item price.

Do you ship to post office boxes or frieght forwarding addresses?
